Willingness to commit and follow the Ketogains protocol.

Reading and comprehension: 15-20 minutes of reading / week

A Facebook profile is required to access and engage with the group

Level 1&2 

Adjustable barbells or dumbbells, a flat bench

30 to 75 min/day, 3 to 5 days/week. 
Level 3

Fully equipped Home, Crossfit, or Commercial Gym.

75 to 90 min/day, 5 days/week.
