Ketogains also offers “Virtual” Boot Camps are designed to help you burn fat, build strength and get fit.

Our virtual camps are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, as workouts are designed to be self-modifying for each participant.   No prior familiarity with the exercises is required – the workouts come with complete descriptions and videos of each exercise to ensure proper form.   Participants are invited to join a private Facebook group where they will receive support and answers to all their questions, both from the coaches and group members alike.

Bootcamps Include:

  • Initial personalized macronutrient setup;
  • Private Facebook Group for the Bootcamp where we will personally coach you;
  • Reading materials and worksheets for the training routine;
  • Weekly progress reviews, video form-checks;
  • Supplement guide with explanations;
  • Low carb recipes;
  • Structured training program with periodization;
